Every morning before dawn, thousands of Kathmandu's restaurant owners, cooks and mart keepers make the same trip: to the vegetable market, to haggle in the dark, guess at quality, carry cash, and hope the truck had what they need. It costs them their most valuable hours — the ones before service starts.
OrderSajilo exists to give those hours back. We are a B2B fresh-produce supply company built for the Kathmandu Valley: kitchens order in an app the night before, our team sources before dawn — from Kalimati wholesale market, partner farms and regional hubs — and riders deliver graded, weighed produce to Lalitpur and Patan kitchens between 6 and 9 AM, or in the 12–2 PM afternoon slot for restocks.
What makes us different
- Transparent pricing. Our daily price list is the wholesale benchmark rate plus a fixed handling margin and a flat delivery fee. The price you see at order time is the price on the invoice — frozen the moment you confirm.
- Pay for what arrives. Fresh produce is imperfect; supply sometimes falls short. If we deliver 8 kg of a 10 kg line, you are billed for 8.
- A real ledger. Every order, delivery and payment lives on one running account per business, with statements your accountant will actually accept.
- Local by design. We are Nepali-built, priced in NPR, bilingual (English/नेपाली), and focused on one zone at a time so delivery stays reliable.
Where we operate
Today we serve the Lalitpur/Patan zone of the Kathmandu Valley. As capacity grows we will open additional zones — follow our articles for announcements.
